Strategic Plan 2026 to 2028

Our Strategic Plan sets out Nexacare’s institutional priorities, programmatic focus, financial trajectory, and partnership posture for the three-year period from 2026 to 2028. The plan is grounded in the seven programmatic pillars and the nine-state operational footprint, anchored in the institution’s country-systems-first posture, and aligned with the National Strategic Health Development Plan and the priorities of the Federal Ministry of Health, NPHCDA, NMEP, and NCDC.

Priorities for 2026 to 2028

Operationalise governance and institutional infrastructure following 2026 incorporation.
Deliver pillar work in priority states with State and Local Government counterparts.
Build a multi-funder pipeline supporting institutional sustainability and reserves.
Establish data discipline aligned with NHMIS and DHIS2 across all programmatic work.
Operationalise the Beneficiary Feedback and Complaints Mechanism.
Build relationships with traditional and religious leadership across operational geographies.
