Dr. Mannir Ahmad provides strategic leadership and overall direction for Nexacare Centre for Digital Health and Community Wellbeing. He oversees organisational governance, programme development, partnerships and the delivery of public health and community-focused interventions.

He guides the organisation’s engagement with government institutions, development partners, implementing organisations and communities, ensuring that programmes are aligned with health-sector priorities and responsive to local needs.

His leadership supports institutional accountability, programme quality and the development of practical solutions that strengthen primary healthcare, community wellbeing and health-system performance.

Auwal leads Nexacare’s monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning and data-systems portfolio. He supports the design of results frameworks, indicators, digital data-collection tools, monitoring systems, dashboards and analytical reports for public health and community programmes.

His work focuses on improving data quality, strengthening programme accountability and translating routine and project data into evidence for decision-making.

He also supports learning, performance reviews, supportive supervision and the development of reporting systems that enable programme teams and partners to track progress, identify implementation gaps and adapt interventions based on credible evidence.

His work covers software development, system administration, databases, web applications, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, networking and technical support.

He contributes to the development of reliable digital systems for training, programme management, data collection and public health service delivery. Umar also supports system integration, user access, troubleshooting and the protection of digital assets.

Usman supports the planning, coordination and delivery of Nexacare’s public health and community-based programmes.

He contributes to activity planning, implementation tracking, field coordination, stakeholder engagement and the documentation of programme progress and results.

As Community Engagement Specialist, he supports the design and delivery of approaches that strengthen community participation, caregiver engagement, local ownership and feedback between programmes and the populations they serve.

He works with community leaders, service providers, programme teams and other stakeholders to ensure that interventions are culturally appropriate, inclusive and responsive to community priorities. His role connects programme management with practical community engagement to improve implementation quality, participation and sustainability.

Saudat provides voluntary and assignment-based support to Nexacare’s data-analytics activities. She contributes to data cleaning, validation, analysis, visualisation and the interpretation of programme results.

Her support may also include the preparation of summary tables, charts and analytical insights for programme monitoring and reporting, including sex-disaggregated analysis where relevant.

She participates as a non-staff technical contributor and may be engaged for specific assignments depending on programme requirements and availability.

Her contribution strengthens the organisation’s analytical capacity while supporting meaningful female participation in Nexacare’s technical work.
