Nexacare operates across nine states in northern Nigeria, coordinated from our registered office in Kano State.

Operational footprint

In each operational state, Nexacare engages the State Ministry of Health, Local Government Health Departments, and community structures to align with the state’s own health priorities. Our country-systems-first posture means we support, rather than parallel, the work of government counterparts.
